Panera Bread - North Huntingdon

The restaurant frequently runs out of items on their menu. It's unclear why, but every time we visit, around 4-5pm, they seem to be out of bread or Cheddar soup, among other things. Whoever is in charge of inventory should consider checking it more regularly to avoid these shortages. It's frustrating when they allow me to order food that they don't have, leading me to ask for alternatives at the counter.

The first time I ordered food from this restaurant, they forgot to include the bread bowl in my order. I didn't realize it was missing until I got home. Today, when I went to pick up my curb-side order, I saw a worker placing bags on the pick-up shelf by the door. We waited for our order to be ready, but even after receiving an email saying it was done, no one came out to bring it to us. My husband went inside and found our order sitting on the counter. Despite waiting with our hazard lights on, no one acknowledged us or asked why we were waiting. I am not sure if I want to return to this restaurant. If they can't even bring out an order to a car, what would they do if customers were ignored like we were?

I was very disappointed with my experience at the restaurant today. I had to wait for a long time because the two girls working there were preoccupied with their phones. By noon, the place had already run out of several items, including two types of soup (including Broccoli Cheddar), very few pastries available, and all fresh brews were empty.

Panara is always good..picked up a free bakery article for my birthday. Great plus!. But: the coffee was extremely week..very light..Other than this ..large service ..ho prices.very good product!!

I have ordered online multiple times and there have been too many times that my order is wrong. Tonight, we ordered a sandwich with chips and bowl of soup with a baguette. They forgot the soup ? the baguette was in there, without the soup. By the time my husband got home and I called, they were closed, so I had to just get a refund and have my husband get a container of soup from Giant Eagle.
