Wins Thai Cuisine - North Hollywood

They ordered thru GrubHub and they canceled it in 15 minutes. I get it, places are short employees, but I missed the notification and was not only catchy, but also quite disappointed. I'm just writing to warn others because I never cancelled an order on me... So if you order here, you know that sometimes happens, I think. I think they fired a good customer.

I decided for lunch. I give this place a zero .. the place was empty the lights where feels shut off like a ghost town? the waiter was rude every one I said, thanks he didn't say how rude coconut milk Thai chicken soup hardly had a chicken, so I just paid to drink coconut milk with red chili. The sections in this place are bad. I order a beef cashewnus barely beef not even cashews on the plate order additional rice not even serving for two. The only record I liked was the combination of Pad Thai .. hardly anything. If you are planning to share a dish like in any other Thai restaurant that has a good amount, this is not your place.... They are stingy with there portions .. I guess if you're a vegetarian, this is for you... you put a lot of vegetables, but hardly?

If I could judge 0 stars, I would. Very poor customer service. I loved this place, but today I had a terrible experience. The guy who took my order was very rude. From the moment I started ordering, he had a very acidic attitude. He acted like he didn't understand what I ordered when I ordered the chicken wings because I couldn't just say I was winning in front of the word wings. When my food was ready and I took the bag, he continued to throw me away and then he hurried. I told him to wait because I wanted to ask for 4 extra sauces. He told me I had to pay extra and when I tried to give him my card, he just told me cash. I paid for my meal with card, I remembered him and he said there was no way to put extra sauce in the machine to charge me. I told him he shouldn't ask me if it wasn't in the system. I think he wanted to put the money in and just ask. Never mind. I never come back to this restaurant. If you appreciate a good customer service, this place is not for you.

Amazing food. If you ever come here, you have to try her soy chicken wings. The texture is different from any vegan chicken on the market. What to say was amazing. This is me and my partner's new favorite Thai spot

Ordered green and red curry. No flavor whatsoever. Also, the green curry wasn?t even green.. Veggies in curry were definitely frozen. Meat was tasteless. They must have forgotten to put in curry paste. Wouldn?t recommend. Sorry not sorry.
