Kfc - North Highlands

I found hair fried into the batter and even in the chicken—human hair, no less. When I returned the dish, they asked for the color of my wife's hair. I said purple, since my hair is also purple. The service was incredibly slow, and with hair in the food, I definitely won't be returning.

I waited 40 minutes for my order, only to discover that it was completely wrong! I requested hot sauce, spoons, and forks, but none of those items were included. Instead of the Mac and cheese I ordered, I received coleslaw. I asked for legs and thighs but ended up with a mixed pack. The quality of the food and the service were both very disappointing. I strongly advise people to stay away from this KFC. If you don't believe me, feel free to try it for yourself.

That's how they served me old French fries and just tossed a crumpled napkin on top.

This location is consistently the worst operating fast food place I?ve ever experienced. Don?t even bother trying to come to this place after 6pm because the night crew refuses to make anymore food after that time and starts cleaning out the fryershours before the place even closes. I don?t know whether the manager is off after a certain time or is complacent but it?sridiculous. I pulled up over an hour before they?re due to close and the first thing they say is all they have is 4 wings andthey?re cleaning the fryers so it?ll be over 40 minutes wait for anything else that needs to be fried (hello! It?s kFRIEDc) -aka an excuse not to make more food and leave work right at closing instead of cleaning the kitchen AFTER CLOSING like everyother decent establishment.

Eh... It's fast food. Employees can be a bit rude. Food items are almost always missing. Quality? Yea... No. Want KFC bad enough, then go for it.
