Dunkin' - North Haven

Staff have poor attitudes and look like they hate their job. Drive thru takes a solid 10-15 min every time. They only care about getting mobile orders done on time. You can sit by the speaker to order for 5 min before someone acknowledges you. And if you ask if you can order because no one says anything, they catch an attitude. Horrible.

Didn’t make my drink right and then gave me an attitude because I wanted what I paid for, all three workers were playing on their phone the whole time. What has happened to this place.

Giving a 4 because it seems the clerks on duty are on auto pilot. No Good Morning (even I said it first to them) just what can I get you? Even the drive thru clerk what can I get you. No thanks for coming in or pleasantries at all. And not busy either. I was the only one on line I think that in today 's environment a pleasant greeting is not too much to ask especially they raise prices so fast Really wish people were nicer. Customers provide the money to operate (and give raises). Be nicer

Slow wait time for an inaccurate order. Rude service. Went out of necessity and this place did not have their wits about them
