Mcdonald's - North Hartsville

I went through the drive thru and had to be pulled into a parking space to wait for my food. I ordered nuggets and fries and I waited soooo long I had to end up walking inside to see if they had forgotten about me. It was 3:55pm on my receipt and I didn't get my food till 4:32pm. Do better guys.....do better.

It takes 15 minutes to get your food. Fast Food? I don't think so.

Food is alright, but the service has declined. I always have to wait at least 10 minutes inside to have my order taken.

Drive Thru was okay, had to modify my order at the 1st window since the order taker didn't get it all the first time. Got to the second window and then was told I had to park and wait. When I got my food the only thing fresh were the fries, burgers and nuggets, unacceptable... It's going to be a while before I go back.

If u want to be disrespected by employees and management then be a customer at this hole. I told management i didnt appreciate being called baby since i am a 57 yr old. management says you'll be OK baby was her response. Will not go back. There is no home training and respect.
