Domino's Pizza - North Haledon

They keep forgetting my beverages after they offered to give me a free one and then they don’t answer the phone after

I had a very terrible experience ordering pizzas at this place . The driver took my order to a wrong address . We called to complain we didn’t receive the order . I spoke to the Manager over the phone. She was naive and rude . She chose to believe the driver’s story over mine . The driver insisted he delivered to my address. While explaining to the lady over the phone we didn’t see any pizza , she hung up the phone on me . I decided to drive to the pizza place . Fortunately I met the driver there and upon interrogation the driver realized he delivered to a wrong address . The manager chose not to apologize but rather asked me to shush and step outside before she could process a refund . She called the police because I refused to step out. The police eventually arrived and asked her to refund my money . Pls avoid this place like a plague. Horrible customer service!!!

The customer service was excellent and the staff were very friendly. I ordered takeout for lunch, and the cost per person was between $10 and $20. I would rate the food a perfect 5, the service also a 5, and the atmosphere a solid 5. I highly recommend the cheese pizza!
