Flipside Burger Bar - NORTH FREMANTLE

If I am babysitting a couple of kids that live around the corner, I often take them here, it's super kid friendly and the burgers are so tasty! Yum

I would like to say I had a great gourmet burger but unfortunately for our dining party that was not the case. They charge around $14 or more for their gourmet burgers but to be honest a gourmet burger from McDonald's represents better value and taste. Our buns were large but were not matched by the size of the chicken or beef filling. We felt a bit cheated. The buns were stuffed with loads of lettuce. Some chips and burgers for 3 cost nearly $60. The meal for the 3 of us would have been overpriced at half the price. The counter service was marginal. Perfunctory and no feeling of making you feel welcome. I'm sorry but this place just doesn't seem to be trying.

Recommended by our accommodation and it was well worth the walk.The burgers are varied and are served in a lovely crispy bun.Great value,We "ate in" and watched the world drive by, but many customers seemed to use Flipside in association with Mrs Browns wine bar next door which is good if you feel like a drink with your meal.

Good burger and the chilli jam gave it an extra bite. The rocket was in excess but othing I couldn't eat. Visited at lunch and really enjoyed the visit.

Gave this place a try. I love burgers and would consider myself as a person whose eaten their fair share of them.The burger was big, almost too big. The bun was toasted but it was too toasted. It made the roof of my mouth hurt. You know that feeling when you eat Captain Crunch cereal too quickly? Like that. I had the bacon avacado burger. Flavor wise it was good, had loads of lettuce which I like and the lettuce was super fresh. Burger was juicy too which was good. Fries were just average, nothing great really for me to rave about. A little limited on the seating as well. Glad weFound a seat outside because you will literally smell like a burger if you eat inside.I had higher expectations. Was slightly disappointed. Thought it would be better.
