Ice cream is good But the costumer service isn?t cold stone par! The franchisers act like the don?t want you there! I asked ? so how?s business?? And they looked down and softly said goowd! Very uncomfortable environment for a neighborhood ice cream shop!????????. No singing or anything cheery! Like all COLD STONES DO!

We ordered online for delivery and it was all liquid by the time we received it! I called and spoke with the manager who said he couldn?t do anything about it! Spent over $30. Took 91 minutes?..Never again!

The people here are always rude. Without a doubt look miserable. Pay your employees a living wage so they don?t hate their lives working.

We stopped in after a movie. The place was clean. They were moderately busy, yet each order was handled as if prepared for family. The young men on duty took pleasure in their preparation and presentation of the made to order icecream cups. It was a memorable pleasure for all of us!
