OUR SECOND VISIT HERE. JAMAICAN VIBE MISSING DURING SECOND VISIT. EXCELLENT FOOD, SO CHEF HAS PROBABLY BEEN RETAINED, AS WELL AS ONE SERVER WHO WAS REALLY OUR REASON FOR RETURNING. CULTURE OF RESTAURANTS IS IMPORTANT. GO IF YOU WANT GOOD FOOD. IF AMBIANCE OR ROMANCE IS IMPORTANT CHOOSE ELSEWHERE.

Food was perfectly spiced and fresh. The local ingredients were totally enjoyable, give so much flavor, and entice me to dine again soon.

The food was simply exceptional. My wife enjoyed the shrimp and grits, and she couldn't have been happier with the flavors. I had the ribs, which were also fantastic. The service was excellent. While the prices were reasonable given the quality, they weren't exactly cheap. We will definitely be returning!

Our server, Kolby, was friendly, knowledgeable, and very attentive. Kolby made several trips to the kitchen with questions for the chef and did so with a smile. The food was exceptional, just as it was during my first visit. This time, I ordered the beef stroganoff, and the beef was tender with a wonderfully delicious sauce. I also enjoyed a slice of the flourless chocolate cake...

My wife and I had the opportunity to try Forge for the first time last night. The food and service that we experienced was truly outstanding. I can’t wait to come back as my stomach was not big enough to try the entire menu. We really enjoyed the music which created a vibe that we were looking for. What an amazing night, thank you for a great evening Forge and compliments to the chef!
