Cuzino's Family Kitchen - North East

I placed my first order yesterday and I must say, it was the best cheese steak I've had in the Northeast. The delivery was also impressively fast. I will definitely order again and can't wait to try one of the pastas next!

To my surprise, I received a call letting me know that they had decided to credit my entire order! The manager went the extra mile by discussing the issue with the owner and even sending a gift card to my home. They mentioned that they have new employees who are still getting used to the system, which is completely understandable given the challenges the job market has faced due to COVID. Overall, we always have a wonderful experience with this restaurant (and even with the Elkton location that I accidentally called!). They truly went above and beyond with their customer service to ensure we were satisfied. We’ll definitely be ordering our favorites again soon. As a reminder to all reviewers and customers, let's be kind to those in the service industry. It can often be a tough job, and a little kindness, empathy, and gratitude can go a long way.

Cuzino's Family Kitchen is a charming little Italian restaurant. It's small and cozy, and you place your order at the counter. If you're dining in, they will bring your meal to your table. I had the eggplant parmesan sub, and it was both delicious and quite filling—half of it would have been sufficient for me. The chairs were comfortable, though the flatware was plastic. I really enjoyed my lunch, and there were plenty of free parking spaces available. I highly recommend Cuzino's!

The food was good and it was ready to go in less than 10 minutes. I have a big cheese steak with fried onions and mushrooms. It was excellent, I inhaled it in 5 minutes and it was so good.
