Awful service. kids running around staff came in the toilet and opened the door on my daughter when she was pulling her pants down. she was humiliated. the staff obviously don’t care about their customers
Ordered 6 wrap of the day meals to go inside the store as drive through was only accepting cash. Patiently waited for order and noticed that it was not on the screen (was stood next to the pickup point) asked about it and was told that we didn’t identify ourselves when they shouted it out. So, finally received our order, with slightly melted ice cream and drove home. Once at home, found that none of the meals had chips, it was just wraps and drinks… advice of the day, always check order in store
I ordered a double cheeseburger savor meal deal from the drive-thru for the advertised price of £4.79. The meal deal includes a double cheeseburger, medium fries, and a drink. However, when I got to the checkout, I was charged £5.15. I asked why the price was higher than advertised and was told that the coffee drink I ordered was not part of the meal deal, so each item was rung up separately. This was not explained to me when I ordered, and the meal deal description did not mention that coffee was not included. This hidden charge is deceptive and should have been made clear. I refused to pay the extra charge and changed my order to just a coffee. This type of sneaky pricing tactic should be addressed and thoroughly investigated.
Had to wait 15 minutes for service because the computer was down which is fair enough these things happen but all seemed absolutely fine for staff who walked up and ordered no problem much to the bemusement of the growing queue. Horrible communication then ensued from behind the counter as to what was happening as customers eventually found out that orders could infact be made,people at the back were being served before those at the front and no one knew what was happening. I gave my order which was moved on to someone literally three feet away who got the order wrong missing out two main items which I only discovered when I was down the road. No napkins or sauces I asked for and the food was cold. I realise the staff are over worked and I fully understand that there was a technical problem but the basics of communicating with customers and getting an order correct should be priority. Poor again from this particular Macdonalds.
