Contribuiți la feedbackOver the past year, every time I order from here my order has been completely wrong, each and every time. Doesn't matter whether I did drive through or ordered online, I've not had a right order from this location in a very long time.
This is not my only bad experience with this Dunkin but the most frustrating one was the time I had to give my order twice and then they didn?t even get it right and they tried to charge me for it twice. This is definitely not worth your time, because ittakes so long, for the money.
Constantly out of stock-not just featured items. Waited 20 mins in line the last time I was there for an iced latte.......got to the window and was told they have no medium cup lids, no large cups at all, no vanilla syrup, no caramel syrup, no oatmilk oralmond milk. none of the featured cornbread donuts, no meats at all (I was willing to take bacon, sausage, or even turkey baconbut they literally had NO MEATS). Since I have to have a dairy free option which they could not offer and not meats, I wound upleaving. Waste of time but what's upsetting is this is a frequent occurance at this location. They don't bother to put anysignage up to say what they are out of. I've stopped going there altogether now.
Waited in a long line. Ordered my drinks and was then told they were out of both small and medium lids, as well as Large cups. We left. This place is never stocked properly
This place is an absolute joke, they constantly run out of cups or lids or have excuses do yourself a favor and skip this one!! very poor inventory management and management in general. It's a shame, the workers are nice.
