Brandli's - North Conway

As a local resident of North Conway, I truly love Brandli's! It's widely known that finding excellent pizza in this town can be a challenge, but their white pizza is nothing short of spectacular. My husband is also a big fan of the BLT. The staff is always friendly and ready to assist. Additionally, the new outdoor seating and fire pit have greatly enhanced the overall experience!

Not too bad, but the service was quite slow, and they were out of white wine! My daughter ordered garlic knots, but they were out of those as well. The Caesar salad was fine, and the pizza was good. If you're looking for a quick meal, it's acceptable.

I didn't try any food during my visit, so I can't comment on its quality, which is why I'm giving this place one star. However, I can certainly share my experience with the two unpleasant glasses of wine we ordered. Despite our complaints, the manager insisted we pay for them. When we voiced our concerns, he responded rudely, asking, "What was wrong with them?" When we explained that the wine tasted stale, he arrogantly replied, "I sell cases of those wines!" I reluctantly agreed to pay, but I wouldn't suggest anyone check their Yelp reviews. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had with a manager. If he had approached the situation with a better attitude, I might have simply chosen not to return. Now, I feel it's essential to warn others about how visibly unhappy he seems in his role.

Terrible pizza and even worse customer service. Stood at the counter waiting to order, but no one would bother to acknowledge us for quite some time. Then after finally ordering...they forgot to serve us. Three slices of pizza sat in the oven for at least 20 minutes. The place was dead inside so there was no excuse. We asked for a to-go box at that point. Once again, the woman would barely acknowledge us and did not apologize for the long wait! Definitely not visiting this establishment again. Pizza was dry and flavorless too.

Delicious food, welcoming staff, and excellent service! We dined on the patio on a beautiful fall evening. The staff was attentive and friendly, and the food was well-prepared. We ordered a large pizza, and it was quite filling!
