Pay your staff correctly and allow them to work for tips, don't force patrons to pay your staff, and announce there's a 20% service fee, but you can still tip more... Ridiculous I would recommend boycotting this and any other places requiring patrons to pay the staff wages. Pathetic management, The food was awful, chef microwave was in full force just not what you expect and 3.50 sodas to boot, this place is working towards the gutter, if it not already there

Visited 3 times and they haven 't gotten my order correct once, so that 's it for me. It 's pretty easy: no cheese. Then the person delivering the food will ask: Did you tell your server? Oh, it 's my fault? I have witnesses. You didn 't hear it but I did say it. Very clearly. Didn 't make it in your little hand-held device. Maybe too much typing required? The food isn 't good enough for that much drama.

The atmosphere was great for a Friday night. I was greeted and seated within minutes.My friends and I had a wonderful time. Food came out in a timely fashion. It was delicious. Our waiter, Nikki, was attentive but not in a pesky way. She was consistent and friendly. This was my first time at the Chesterfield Towne Ctr location. I enjoyed this location better than Short Pump thanks to the service and friendliness of the staff.

My family and I had a great experience! Janai is an excellent server! The restaurant is clean and inviting! The food was delicious! 5 stars all the way around!
