Waffle House - North Charleston

Let me just say. The cook Shiqawn is a journey!!!!!!! Best ATTITUDE of every PERSON at another WATER HOUSE I have a lot to do!!!!!! You can say he is proud of his job!!!! The food was perfect. Service was great.

Terrible service at night as no real management works? very rude .. only place I know, make your food before you and it is still cold .. my food was so cold minutes from going out the door with the wrong order that I don't want to turn around or get my money back ..that won't be a place where I spend my hard earned money ..food looks disgusting?. I would never eat here ..unless they take the mentality of the people who work here ?smh ?like I order fond fresh ..get the food from search into my bag take the wrong order of food because it was? not what I ordered and still get it cold ..the place did not even have customers? is cold and still?????

Don't get me wrong, I usually love the occasional Waffle House all the star breakfast, but this visit was definitely not worth my time or money. They were kind of busy so I understand that I had a few minutes with my drink, but the sweet tea had a very strange taste. It just didn't sit right on my taste buds, so I asked for a coke. The sausage came first and they didn't look thoroughly cooked and they were cold borderline. When the food came about 10 minutes later, the eggs were thrown, but the cheese looked like he was thrown on the flooded eggs. Unfortunately, the whole meal was terrible. I will not visit this place again.

I'd like to say it was super busy when we got in. There was a guy who picked up orders and there were probably about 4 orders before we were even helped. Marcus worked his ass. We were ignored by several employees and Marcus ensured that we were helped. After someone didn't want to help us, he decided to take our order himself. Promote Marcus to your first chance, he takes care of the people who walk through your door. I was not the only person to recognize this, there were several others there who saw his commitment to your company.

The cook was on his phone the entire time. I have never had my food turn out this nasty! My bacon and toast was burnt. The cook cannot multitask at all! The other customers were not happy either. Something needs to be done!
