Mcdonald's - North Charleston

Here's müll. the workers are lazy, they serve them microwave biscuits, they cannot be disturbed by their work and put them in the many. I mean, it's not hard to take cookies from the plastic, put on a baking sheet and put in the many. I have come to this place several times because I worked close by doing construction work. I'll never waste another penny here.

This McDonald has been wishy-washy for a while. Sometimes it is horrible and sometimes it's mediocre. Today was yuk... The fries were half cooked and saltless. My burger would have been cold of it wasn't for the hot sauce on the sandwich. My daughter's nuggets were the only thing worth of eating... But there was only four. #unhappymeal

Update: on June 22nd 2022 my brother and I placed an order in the drive through after waiting 20 mins to get our food. We ordered a medium triple cheeseburger meal with a large coke (medium fries for the meal) with an additional LARGE FRY. We noticed that the three cars in front either complained to the manager at the window or drove back into the line because they obviously messed up their order. When my brother drove up to the window the worker asked us what we had and we told her a triple cheeseburger burger meal with a large coke and large fry. The worker handed us the coke and then out food. We looked.into the bag and noticed that the medium fry was missing. We told the worker that our medium fry was missing and the manager (heavy set, dark skinned african american woman) came to the window and told us that we only ordered a triple cheeseburger meal with a large coke. She said we never ordered a large fry on the side. She was beyond rude and the other worker (light skinned young African american female) cursed at us. Mind you all this was being said and she never once went to the back 5o look through all the receipts. I used to work at McDonald's a while ago so I know how this works. Anyways I asked for a refund and she refunded me $7.98. I decided to looked at my bank statement and it showed that McDonald's took out $11.74. When I tried to get their attention to show them my bank statement they completely ignored me so I never recieved my full refund. I called the cops to make a complaint and the cops came and talked to the manager however they printed off the wrong receipt and gave the cops the receipt as proof showing they refunded my money. The cops told me to just call corporate and that this becomes a civil matter in court. As we drove off we also noticed that two other cars drove back into the line as well. Store is so unprofessional!

Never been to a McDonald's that is rude and not professional than the one on rivers ave. I do not coming here if it wasn't so close to my work I would go some where else. Maybe I'll take an extra step to go some where that helps the customer or more professional

Probably one of the worst McDonald's in the Tri-County area employees are rude you sit in the Drive-Thru for 30 minutes and then get to the window wait another 15 minutes and then they tell you they can't take card they give you Fanta for high c y'all are going to end up like the Burger King down the street
