Mcdonald's - North Charleston

The fries were hot and fresh, but my sandwich was barely warm, and it was supposed to be regular but was spicy instead. It was terrible - hard, cold, and sharp. I only took two bites before giving up. I was too tired to complain since it was the end of a long day, but under normal circumstances, I would have.

Every time we go there, they consistently forget the chicken nuggets for my child. When I inquired about a 6-piece nugget, they only put 4 nuggets in the box. When I asked for apple slices, they gave me fries instead. They never seem to pay attention to their actions.

My granddaughter wanted this to lunch. I had to ask what I ordered. I was disappointed with the quality.

I ordered two hamburger meals but only received one burger. I had to ask for the other burger. The food was tasty, but the service was slow and not very attentive.

Long line in the drive-thru. Parked, ran in and order from the kiosk. Efficient enough but takes a sec to figure out. Ran to the restroom. My food was ready on my return.. Great experience
