Firehouse Subs West Montague

Okay, five stars for a fast food restaurant seems high, I understand. The food here is good, it's Firehouse, so it's not a big New York deli, but it's WAY better than any subway. What makes this special is the people. They are very friendly and thoughtful. They take care of your culinary experience and they even remember my name, even though I was there a few times. If fast food seems pretty much all the same, I go where the service is great, and the service at this Firehouse site is really so great!

Great location and great subs and cookies! The new Celebration Sugar Cookie (which also has white chocolate) was very good. We also liked the outdoor area with beautiful covered metal tables and garbage cans. It was perfect for our outer picnic under the huge tree.

Good place to grab a sub at lunch. I gave them five stars because of the excellent service. The employees are very welcoming and helpful, even when swamped during the lunch rush.

My most favorite chain food with subs. Subs are always fresh and tasty and I love the pickle with every sub! Good job! :

I love going to this place!! The staff is always friendly and super fast. The store is always clean and organized. Russell is great! He's doing a fantastic job in this place. He goes beyond and beyond with customer service. I recommend them 100% .
