The caprice sandwich was not good. The pickled onions made my bread wet and it was too much and it overpowered it. I couldn't even eat the sandwich and picked over it

I ordered an iced latte while the barista prepared it, and my husband requested a cup of already-made coffee from the containers, which only required her to press a button and add a lid. As I was in the middle of ordering a cinnamon roll for my mom, she abruptly interrupted me, asking if I could wait until she finished. I paused and apologized, to which she responded with a giddy expression, saying it was okay. Once she completed the coffee order, she asked what kind of cinnamon roll I wanted, confirming that she had indeed heard me. I quickly requested the deluxe roll, my husband completed the transaction, and we left feeling perplexed by the interaction. This exchange happened in front of two or three other customers, and it felt very out of place. I understand that people can have off days—particularly since I have ADHD and sometimes struggle with concentration myself. However, it seemed unnecessary for her to behave this way when she clearly remembered what I said. A simple "please" or "I'm sorry" would have gone a long way, especially since I didn't expect any rudeness while ordering a cinnamon roll. To top it off, the price was quite high—$21 for an iced latte, already-made coffee, and a cinnamon roll. I think I might stick to the orange spot from now on.

The staff was incredibly friendly! My latte was fantastic, and my friends and I thoroughly enjoyed every baked treat we ordered. The scones and croissants were absolutely delightful!

I recently visited this café and had a disappointing experience due to one particular barista. She is quite short and has a rather unfriendly demeanor that makes her come across as quite unpleasant. After several negative encounters with her, I've decided to avoid going in when she’s working. During my last visit, she was openly shouting at and belittling another barista right in front of customers, which created an extremely uncomfortable atmosphere. I really felt for that other barista. It's essential for staff to treat each other—and customers—with respect, or else the café risks losing loyal patrons, myself included.

SO GOOD! Super friendly and helpful. You can feel the love energetically in there. All freshly made- peanut butter cookies and chocolate chip are the best!
