Chili's Grill - North Charleston

1. we had to wait 20 minutes before they asked us what our name was because it wasn't on the list. When we came in, we told them 2 and they said it will be about 20 minutes, but don't ask us our name. When our appetizers came, they were terrible. Our frits all stick together with the cheese and was cold. You couldn't freeze 1 without everyone coming. The chicken appetizer was a rubber-like tasting. We could say that our food is probably in the back for a while. I ordered a **** Mary and it wasn't even dressed properly. It was just a lemon slice. We were very disappointed this night.

Had the most beautiful experience here today with my family. The service was excellent and the food was so good. I really didn't expect the biggest food (I just had chili?s once, but it was really great. Fresh, hot and amazing taste in everything. I think a manager sat us and even our short interaction with her was great! She cleaned a stand for us, even the seats sanitary, because our 2 years old slept and we wanted somewhere a little further away from all the others. Our server, I think his name was Ethan, was so good!! He was formed on the menu, great suggestions made, was so friendly and so attentive!! We will definitely return. 10/10

I saw the kitchen here and it's good. The staff is friendly and fast. They clean and sanitary regularly here in the international blvd. The only chili is that I am common.

I had a great experience here. I was in many chili restaurants and that was THEE's best experience. The food was great. You know when you go to a restaurant that expects mediocre food so that you are mentally preparing for a not so great experience. That's how I feel about Chili. Everyone here deserves a raise. Taniya needs an increase, she was our server. She was the best waitress I had. 4 stars so you know I'm not a computer or paid for being here.

We really enjoyed the food and the service. My wife had the hamburger and fries ? with a diet Coke and I had the chicken soup ? and house salad. Always a pleasure to dine at Chilli's. Never disappointed.
