Contribuiți la feedbackJust this situation and the young girl at the bar visited very rudely. She talked about her phone that went out of the kitchen to take over customer orders. She just threw all our extra pages and stuff in her pocket and not mentioning that she was rude to the gentleman who came after me. He didn't speak very well English and pointed to the menu to tell her what he wanted to order and she rudely said to him Can't you know that he can't get English very well. The food was good, but the service was terrible.
Food was good, service could have been better but I really blame myself for attempting to order food when I knew it was almost time to close up. Being in the restaurant business, I understand the annoyance of customers wanting to order food right before closing time... We be tired ready to go. Love the fish tho.... I needed some D's!!Consistently tasty fresh fried fish, reasonably priced. Some yummy, healthier options for sides, like broccoli, baked potato, corn on the cob.
The manager on duty was very rude to the workers, when my daughter came in. And also never acknowledged us while we waited for her to finish filling up the knives and forks etc. The dining area was not to clean either. I feel like they need a health inspection
My family and I arrived at the rivers location around 10:40am to eat inside.the employee working there named Kessa saw my family out side waiting because the lobby was still locked at 10:40 completely ignored us and kept doing her work inside.i called the restaurant to check to see if they were open.no one answered.i saw her again and knocked on the door for her to come out and denied us service because she wasn't ready to open yet.it was 10:50am at this time. She was very rude to us.i asked for her managers name and she didn't want to give it to me.we left and went somewhere else.hours clearly state they open at 10:30am.we will not be back.
I had forgotten how bad it is we saw it there. It has no flavor and there is no good service
