The food is fantastic, and the customer service is exceptional.

After leaving that area, we tried the restaurant section next door, but again, I wasn’t greeted by the staff. The food containers looked filthy and had unpleasant marks on them. The whole place felt dark, smelly, and dusty—it was really off-putting. They deserve no stars for their cleanliness and service! It’s shameful for a place to call itself Caribbean when we take such pride in our hospitality and cleanliness. The restaurant looks nothing like the pictures on Google! We decided to walk out immediately.

I had a negative experience at this restaurant. The woman at the front was very rude and had a nasty attitude. I won’t be returning.

This place is awful. The staff is rude and unpleasant. They struggle to take orders correctly because they can’t hear well, and they don’t want to correct their mistakes. I asked for a refund and I will never return to this establishment. Whether using DoorDash or dining in person, the service is consistently unfriendly and unhelpful.

I just had Jerk Chicken delivered via DoorDash, and it was fantastic! I really appreciated that they included the sauce on the side; it was a bit too sweet for my taste, but the chicken itself had the perfect amount of spice that left a pleasant aftertaste without overwhelming my palate. It also had a wonderful smoky flavor. The accompanying vegetables were seasoned perfectly and absolutely delicious! I'm so glad I discovered this place, especially since there's another restaurant closer to me that doesn't offer the sauce on the side and is way too sweet. I will definitely be ordering from here again!
