Amazing eating! faster service highly recommended 10/10

I am very upset about this experience. My boyfriend and I came here and were very hopeful and excited about coming here for our first time. This experience was not a success in satisfying us at all. We did not receive any helpful information when we ordered; the girl taking our order did not help us order. We were surprised that the total was almost $40. Okay we were hoping that the cost was worth it for the 2 of us... The lemonade was way too sour and the pop from the machine was not carbonated at all. I ordered the the OJ chicken sandwich with fries. My boyfriend ordered the 3 piece chicken tenders and Macaroni and cheese. The macaroni did not have any good flavor at all. And the portion was so small my boyfriend was not satisfied nor full after eating. The fries were not warm at all. Honestly the worst fries I have ever had. I was so disappointed. Their was hardly any sauce on the sandwich. Very upset with this experience. No one came to check up on us while we were eating. We spent our time and money on this restaurant and will be contacting further to get help. I was hoping to be satisfied after this after seeing all the good reviews and how many good posts their were.

My wife and 35 family friends surprised me with a birthday party . The party was in the Fireplace Room and we could not have been happier with how it went! A great space, convenient access to the bar, and a buffet style set up for dinner with Howlin Bird’s delicious food. My wife brought in our own cake and a few decorations but other than that Sarah, Event Coordinator at Howlin Bird, took care of everything. We highly recommend this spot for a party!

As another reviewer stated, they waffled' (ha between 4 or 5 stars, and the reason was price. ITA. Look at the menu before you go, so you aware of the prices and don't get surprised. I've included pictures of it with this review. The food is delicious, to be sure. We'll seek out a Happy Hour or Tuesday to go back, because budget.After parking in the back, we walked in to find a slight surprise the order counter. You stop in the foyer, and place your order there before being seated.My lunch companion had the Campfire Fries, and said they were outstanding. Beware, two kinds of onions on there (why Her chosen sauce was Bird, reminiscent of the chicken place that starts with Raisin'. :)My three tender lunch had three good-sized pieces of hot chicken, a tangy side of mac cheese, and a mouth-watering dinner roll. I think I want to have a whole meal of those rolls next time. I chose the Howlin' Sauce and at the server's suggestion, the Garlic White Sauce. Both winners, but that Howlin' Sauce is the real deal. VERY spicy and delicious. Mix the two, which is what I ended up doing.In conclusion it's freaking delicious. Just not something in my price range for a regular stop. $21.97 for lunch. Tenders meal and one draft beer. Eeek.Oh wait one more thing. A poster on the lobby wall indicates that Impossible Chicken Tenders are available. My vegan friends can now join us.

We couldn't get another beer--no one came back to our table. We wanted to take home some of our food home--but no one came to our table so we could get a container. The food is good, but they need to step up the service. Others have said the same thing about the place. With some changes, it can be a thriving place.
