Starbucks - North Canton

It was a dumb place to put a Starbucks. Too many people can't figure out how to turn RIGHT onto Applegrove out of the driveway, or RIGHT onto Main Street. You can't go left, people. Even in your fancy SUV with your overpriced cup of whatever.

Best Starbucks near me BUT the drive thru sucks on weekends, 15+ minutes to get through 5-6 cars. Amazing otherwise.

I guess I?m just upset about the customer service. I went at 8 o?clock, an hour before closing to pick up a brownie for my pregnant wife. There was a car in the drive-through parked so nobody could use it And when I knocked on the door The workers were working and nobody acknowledged me. So I took my car and went the opposite direction in the drive-through to see what was going on and the girl yelled at me saying They were closed and what I was doing was not OK. There was no sign explaining. Also, online and on the front door they said they were still open. I was also there with other people in the parking lot who also did not know what was going on. A lot of lost revenue at the time. I don?t know what to do with this information but that?s what happened. I guess Starbucks is there for convenience and sometimes it?s less convenient than others. They are usually pretty good and people can have an off day, but I?m not gonna lie, this one kind of hurt.
