Subway - North Brunswick

I went with my friends and I?m telling you everything was amazing. The food? Hot and baked, cheese had that extra extra stretch. The s?more cookies were to die for. The customer service was even better, The lady was so nice, I couldn?t hear the man and hekept his patience even after he repeated it 3 times. And I think the third person was there son who was also very nice. They hadfree wifey and comfortable seating. I recommend it 100 times over! Definitely will be back!!

They stole my card information from my Subway account and purchased about $40 worth of stuff from this subway. I called to speak with the manager and the man told me it's not his problem. The Arab man named Kiran I spoke with was rude and no help. I filed apolice report against this Subway because how the hell am I in California ordering food in New Jersey for pick up?!! Absolutelyridiculous, do not eat here they are a bunch of scammers! I'm calling corporate as well!

This time, I decided it was time to address the issue and called the restaurant. I found their response completely unacceptable; they blamed me for their error simply because I was in the store at the time. The owner even claimed that they rush when there is a customer present. Really? If that's the case, why can't you allow me to stand there and remind you to double-check the online orders? Ultimately, the owner suggested that we shouldn’t order through the app if we wanted to have the opportunity to stand there and watch the order being made. When I asked why we couldn't use the app and still use any available coupons, he abruptly dismissed me, saying he was busy with another customer and hung up. In conclusion, it seems they are unwilling to accommodate app orders with deals if we want our sandwiches made correctly, which I find truly unfair and frustrating.

I never considered the Subway at the Nordbrunswick shops, but I just had a fantastic sandwich there. If you're looking for a quick lunch or a healthy option (they offer salads too), this place is definitely a great choice! The service was excellent as well.

Surprisingly, this subway shop offers delicious sandwiches and excellent customer service. They accept counter cards, and the staff is quite friendly. However, the prices are a bit high compared to the rest of the state for similar items. For instance, a foot-long Veggie Delite costs over $7 here, while it's typically around $5.50 nationwide.
