Check your food before leaving the drive thru because the girls taking the order/putting food in the bag aren’t the brightest. Thank you to the manager that offered to remake it after I called it in though.

Alas, I will reveal my story.As I approached the establishment my eyes darted to the napkin dispenser on the table. It mocked me and said I dishonored my family.I ordered a hot tea and was told that they don't serve hot tea and I wasn't in feudal japan. I snorted, tipping my fedora lower over my eyes and producing a chicken nugget from my pocket, I scoffed. Hah. Fools. This is a shlotzkeys.I realized my folly once a feral waitress rushed from the kitchen, however she announced her anime finishing move and I was able to dodge the attack SWIFTLY, however my trenchcoat was electrocuted and now has cool lightning bolts painted on the bottom. Alas.I'm sorry grandfather sensei, I promised I would not reveal the forbidden technique!Alas, my fury was unfurled upon their sourdough blasphemy and the slots keys is now just a crater with sakura pedals flowing everywhere. I ate all the napkins. I will return and defile your restroom to reclaim my family honor.

Today, Olivia was at the register and she rocked it! So friendly and helpful and a great smile! My turkey original was fresh and delicious! The drive thru service was friendly and took my order and served me in a timely manner. Bread was super fresh. Very happy customer. ?

The Cinnabons we ordered were dreadful. My husbands “Center of the Roll” felt more like the median of a Texas highway. My classic roll was also quite hard and cold. I’ve never experienced this at any other Schlotzkys so it threw me off to not receive hot fresh SOFT Cinnabons. Highly disappointed in wasting money here.

I have visited this location many many times. I was at this location just last night and this location really stands out in a very positive way. The cashier greeted us coming in, was very upbeat and friendly. He quickly got our order in. The food was fast and perfect. The cashier came by the table to check in on us during the course of the meal. Everything was absolutely perfect. As we were walking out, he thanked us for coming in. His name was Everett, the store manager. Totally fantastic!
