Pitalicious Mediterranean Kitchen Catering In Aust

I ordered online while I was at work so that I could just pick up the food and get back. It said it would be ready between 20 40 minutes, so I showed up in 30. The place itself looks fine, but there wasn 't a single person inside, and nobody was at the counter. I felt like I showed up after they 'd closed. Eventually, someone came out while talking on the phone. I said I had an online order, and she barely registered that I was there. After about 30 seconds of standing there, she said, it 's ready , and then went to the back. While I sat there for another 10 minutes wondering what was going on, I could hear someone talking and not much else. Then I heard them put something in the microwave... A full 45 minutes after placing my order, the food finally came out. By the time I got back to work, it was cold and tough. I have no idea how this place stays in business, but the people that work there don 't seem to care if it does. It 's a shame, because it was good a few years ago. Such a disappointment.

Very bad food had no taste…u will spend your money for nothing.

This place used to be good once upon a time. The service is bad I ordered a bowl and pitta bread it took 30mins for them to bring it out to me and not to mention there was no one else in the restaurant but me. Just to for the order to be wrong and no pita bread in the bag and when I asked for it gave me a hard cold bread one will never return would rather spend $14 on something else.

Don’t usually give bad reviews unless I think I have to, but unfortunately didn’t have a great experience here. the workers are not very greeting, seemed annoyed by the presence of customers was not busy what so ever and got the order wrong. Which happens everywhere but when you get something small and they still manage to do complete opposite of what you asked for just shows how much they pay attention. nothing was “fresh” and we waited A LONG TIME. For cold hard food. The meat was warm but not good. just not worth the price or experience. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Quality of food was sub par.. taste wasn’t good either
