Chicken Express - North Browning

In the past, I have had no problems with this Chicken Express, but on 4/17/2024, there was a problem. The staff were very friendly and professional. The price was good.However, the chicken I got as take out was not very good. In fact, the chicken was very dry and tough...very unusual for legs and thighs. It seemed like the chicken sat under the heat lamps all day long, until I bought chicken at 5:27pm.Also, the Cole Slaw was not very good.And the Mac and Cheese was just congealed cheese ...no mac.

Ordered a two tender roll meal at lunchtime on a Friday.Food: only three stars because the okra was hot and fresh, the tea was great, and the rolls were soft and warm, but the chicken was dry and tough like it had been sitting for awhile.Service only three stars because it was adequate, not really friendly, but not apathetic. They weren 't busy , but it still took awhile to get my order taken and delivered.Atmosphere: not good at all... It was muggy inside the store. Warm and easy to humid. I got my order to go, because as soon as I walked in, it was uncomfortable.

The owner is very polite, the fried Okra is so fresh!

Not sure what was happening here, but when I was trying to order food today, the female taking my order was giggling laughing multiple times. (around 5:30pm today) There was also a male who could be heard laughing in the background. The girl was trying to sound polite but could not stifle her giggles. I was so disturbed by this I just left. I will not return here ever.Appalling behavior, zero professionalism.

My wife and I eat here regularly. But the last time she ordered food at the drive thru she was mocked by a few members of the staff for misspeaking when ordering drinks. All of this happened in front of her face because that sliding glass panel isn't noise proof. The kicker here is they still messed up our order.To sum it up, they'll make fun of you for stumbling when you order and then they'll mess it up.
