Mcdonald's - North Billerica

When he was hired in August, he was instructed to wear black pants with his McDonald's shirt, which he does. However, Amanda wears black leggings and then reprimands my son for not wearing jeans, claiming that managers can dress however they like. Additionally, she never provided him with proper training for the back window, yet when he was put in that position without guidance, she screamed at him for the car line getting backed up. It's unreasonable to expect him to handle that situation when he had no training! These examples illustrate just a fraction of Amanda's inappropriate behavior towards a minor. She seems unprofessional and immature, failing to grasp that my son is only 14 years old, doesn’t drive, and can work only on a fixed schedule that aligns with my availability to drive him. When I approached her to discuss these issues, she was openly rude and disrespectful. It's astonishing how someone like her could achieve a managerial role.

This location is convenient for work, but every time I've ordered large fries, I've only received a half-full portion. It feels like I'm paying for medium fries instead. I honestly haven't eaten any of them.

The service here is quick and friendly, and they consistently get my order right! While one might expect this to be standard at fast food restaurants, it often isn't. This McDonald's, however, truly stands out as one of the best.

Every time we come here it’s an issue. All these places need to do is to put a little time and effort into making a decent product. We are paying a premium for these meals and it should reflect in the quality. I Hope everyone have a great rest of your day.

Its 9Pm and Im hungry, so I want something to eat and quick right, so i go to Mcdonalds and get 2 Cheeseburgers. Now at first I thought it was gonna be fast and easy but as I get to the second window I see only Teenage workers. Now normally I am ok with this as long as my food is good aswell as service, but the girl at the window took a long time to get my food out to me, about like 15 minutes, and while I was waiting she was eating a vanilla ice cream cone in front of the window in clear sight. She was not being professional whatsoever and had to finish her ice cream before giving me my food. Now while this is all happening about 5 cars piled up behind me, and I have to think that these shenanigans continued. Moral of the story, have a good boss who makes sure their teenage employees do their jobs and do them professionally.
