Dunkin' was the worst experience I've ever had. For years, the staff has been rude and they act like they're doing you a favor by serving you.

Dreadfully could only wait for a small ice-cream, even if for so long with only one car before me, so I went with frustration and won't be back soon

Coffee is usually made right but half of the staff is clueless. A few of the workers are amazing though! Just never know what you're gonna get
