Summer House Santa Monica

The place is nice but the service was horrible. A random server just noticed that we had no server and decided to help. The food took forever to come out and when it did, it was the wrong order. Of course they apologized and took care of it which was nice. Not sure I will recommend but it was probably a busy day.

If I could give ZERO stars for service I would. I love Summer House but my latest experience was not pleasant. Me and my husband were seated and waited for 20 minutes and no wait staff came to our table. When my husband went to talk to the manager the waitress finally stopped by the table after walking past us several times to say she would be right with us and then proceeds to start waiting on the table that was seated at least 10mins after us. I do not have to say why....needless to say the manager ended up waiting on our table. Management reached out but they have not made good....lls me they are ok with discrimination ? Update: Management has gotten in contact with me to rectify the situation. I am satisfied with the outcome.

I really want to love this place. The ambience is amazing and the location is great. Our service was really good, as well. And while the menu is good ... the food is just meh. It 's not bad, but it 's not anything that you walk away from and go that was a great meal. I really love the vibe of this place and want it to succeed, so I will give it another chance.

Service is terrible. Couldn't get waited on. I had to get up to get Drake refills terrible terrible terrible service on top of that. They made my burger three different times first time I said no mayonnaise. I put it on it anyway second time I said no mayonnaise I put mayonnaise and pickles on which I said no pickles too so twice all that messed it up they made it a third time about that time. I was already done. I wouldn't eat it. They gave it to me to go like they really did me a favor.

It was a beautiful day and we got to sit outside under the trees. Ambience was happy and my friend and I had a great time. Food was delicious and the service was excellent. Thank you!!
