Jinya Ramen - North Bethesda

My experience at Jinya was very satisfying. The quality of food and service were excellent. They have a good selection of vegan options. The waitress was very accommodating when I inquired about animal products and she provided me with some vegan suggestions. The spicy vegan ramen, Impossible tacos, and house salad were all delicious. We also tried the Tempura Brussels sprouts which were cooked in minimal oil. For a healthier option, they could consider using kale noodles in the ramen and the house salad with mixed greens.

I dined at this restaurant for my graduation party. I can't remember exactly what I ordered, but it was the vegan crows without the soy. I have to admit, I found everything to be overly salty and the bungalow I ordered was just okay. I can see how others may enjoy it, but it wasn't to my liking. I would advise others to be prepared for the high prices.

The vegetarian soup was delicious, but the labyrinth, made with fresh corn and creamy noodles, was difficult to eat. I couldn't quite figure out how to tackle it!

A rare restaurant that challenges the rating policy of hc that non-veg restaurants are maximum 4 stars. excellent and thoughtful nude and rice bowl options clearly identified with vegan choices. there are several veg small plates including vegan tacos. the menu currently contains a wonderful, non-broth dish called vegan maze men, which contains noodles, top with sautéed curry cauliflower, soy meat, bambus shoot, mais and green and red wobble. I hope it becomes a permanent menu item. the restaurant is located in a busy development called pike and rose, which includes commercial and residential buildings. very nice place.

There are a lot of vegan options that are clearly marked, the food was really tasty and nice outdoor seating!
