The Bacon Cheeseburger was excellent, the Carrot Cake is lovely, and the Onion Rings are exceptional and very flavorful. I wish the Fries were a little more seasoned, and Im not sure if actually got Fried Raviolis or if I ended up with Mozz Sticks... Either way, whatever I got was good!

Was very disappointed. Ordered root beer floats and they weren’t available and sent coke instead without giving us a choice of an alternative. We don’t drink coke. The offer of a shake might have been better solution. Buns were burnt and the toppings were missing. The fries were not two complete orders. Very disappointed

Unfortunately everything was wrong except 1 thing. The Double Cheeseburger and regular Cheeseburger were burned throughout. the buns inside were black, the meat was overcooked without flavor, and the cheese was non existent because of how burned it all was. The Cheese Fries were not as pictured. however the 1 thing that was fine were the Thick Cut Mozzarella Sticks. Maybe caught on a bad day, but if I was a manager. I would NOT send out a less then perfect meal for a 1st time customer. First and last time I order, sorry.

This place has some of the best food I have had in a long time. The burger was so savory, you can taste the love, that the owner Vienna puts into it. The bartenders are also cool, Tony, Ray, and Noel consistently hold it down. If you see a negative reviewjust keep in mind that many small businesses are working through staffing shortages ever since COVID. I can assure you that thefolks at Hudson Burgers Beers have every intention of giving every single customer a pleasant experience and to feel welcomewhile they are there. My friend used to bartend here so I used to come by and visit him, then I fell in love with the burgers. Vienna the owner was extremely and the burgers by far were the best I?ve had for the North Jersey area. I highly recommend this place if you havenever been to Hudson, they are absolutely worth a try.
