This has to be the worst Dunkin' Donuts in the entire Hudson County

Let me start by saying I go here all the time on my way to work In the hospital, never had issues today I order the same thing caramel hot coffee first she gives me tea then I told her I ordered caramel hot coffee and she started screaming saying that sherepeated my order first she had a heavy accent so I don?t know why she?s screaming then she takes the teabag and makes meregular coffee in the same cup as the tea and now I don?t know if I?m drinking coffee or tea my issue was in the wrong order myissue is why are you screaming at the customer mind you she was on the phone in her AirPods the whole time taking the order. Ifgo back and she there I?ll just walk out because I shouldn?t have to get yelled at for getting a cup of coffee UPDATE: So Iwent back the next day to speak with a manger because I honestly didn?t feel like I deserve the way she spoke to me while tryingto explain my order to her . He listened and gave me my order free of charge which I really appreciated I will return as acustomer but like I said before if I walk in and she there I?ll just walk out

My go to Dunkin'. I love this place so much and the manager Jasmin is so sweet and always super helpful and she does everything with a smile on her face. I would rate my experience A+ Thanks you Jasmin!

Not only did it take her 10 mins to get off the phone and take my order but she got my order completely wrong. I ordered 1 coffee she charged me for 2 and gave me 2 coffees which were completely wrong. I then ordered a sandwich and hash browns and mysandwich was burnt and no has browns were given to me. So I got overcharged and my entire order was wrong. What a waste of $17 Iwill never go there again. Horrible customer service for a simple order.

The baristas are awesome, however this location is extremely busy and needs more workers. I waited over 20 min on my way to work to even hit the register. That is way to long when your swinging by on your way to the office. I like this location, it'svery convenient but they need more workers to make it viable for people who do not have unlimited time to stand in line. I hatenot leaving stellar reviews : wish this location was better staffed.
