Trapper's Sushi - North Bend

The rolls were decent, but the teriyaki chicken was a disappointment. Despite teriyaki chicken being a dish that is hard to mess up, this kitchen somehow missed the mark. The teriyaki sauce was served on the side to pour over lukewarm, plain cooked chicken.

Rolls and miso soup taste good. But the present is horrendous!

The salmon roll was fantastic! It had amazing depth of flavor.

I forgot to order Wasabi separately because many other sushi restaurants include it with the meal. Unfortunately, I don't enjoy sushi without it. However, I must say that everything at this restaurant is usually very good. The Crystal Shrimp and Miso soup were both exceptionally delicious.

The GF California Roll isnt even a possibility. I did order the wrong roll. I didnt realize GF meant gluten free. But just an fyi, you wont get it if you order it. Because its not actually a thing.
