Tom's Italian - NORTH BEACH

This restaurant has one of the best views along the coast, and the service is kind and happy. Although they can be a little slow and confused with orders at times, they always rectify it with a smile. The portions are reasonable for the price, and the food has a tasty Italian twist. The coffee is hot, which is a big plus.

I have noticed that this restaurant has received some negative reviews (especially from those who do not leave comments), but I don't believe it is as terrible as people make it out to be. The restaurant offers one of the most stunning views in Perth. However, their drink selection is limited, and it would be beneficial if they added a few more local beers and wines from Swan Valley or Margaret River. The osso bucco dish was outstanding, and the service was decent. On the other hand, the pizza was disappointing; they should consider making their own pizza bases.

Toms, the restaurant, is a wonderful spot for group events! I recently hosted a brunch for 12 guests with the assistance of Bridget, the proprietor. She was incredibly accommodating and designed a custom menu that suited my group perfectly. The food was scrumptious and arrived promptly. Although the staff were all polite, I found that there could have been more on hand due to the busy nature of the restaurant. Nevertheless, overall it was a delightful experience with stunning views of the coastline.

Went for a family birthday lunch on a Sunday afternoon, staff were great with our large group and were attentive to drink and food orders as well as answering any questions we had about the menu. My fiancé and I ordered two pizzas to share which were incredible, great flavours and amount of toppings and the base was perfect. The rest of the table loved all there food as well and we sampled a couple of their dishes making notes of what to order next time! Also ordered a hazelnut affogato for dessert, the coffee was delicious as was the hazelnut gelato and biscotti. Beautiful view and overall atmosphere!! Looking forward to coming back again!

Have only been here for lunch a couple of times but both times the food has been divine fresh, beautifully presented and amazing flavours. Today at lunch we had bruschetta, calamari with pumpkin, sage and lemon aioli and the house made ricotta with cranberry and pistachio which was out of this world yum (although maybe it needs some wafer thin fig crackers or something to accompany it? . The views of the ocean are gorgeous and the service is spot on. Going to try dinner there next week.
