Wendy's - North Bay

The service inside and drive through is always fast, friendly and I think I only had my order screwed up once in the whole 15 years I have been going there and they were busy! It beats McDonald's any day.

My daughter and I stopped in for a quick bite, food is usually consistent and alright but this time my fries were cold. As we entered, a poor lady had scratched her leg on one of the benches from a booth. As we were sitting down eating our meal two of the employees came out of the washrooms and made their way into the kitchen, one employee had a plunger, yeap, a plunger in the kitchen! Straight from the washrooms! Towards the end of our meal, a lady came in to complain about a hair found inside a wrap! Over the years, I have noticed a major decline in service and mainly cleanliness! This place needs a whole revamp, it's dirty and falling apart I do not think we'll be back!

Stopped for lunch after picking up my son from camp in the muskokas. Fast, friendly service, food was great. There is one booth right beside the doors to the washrooms and also by people standing in line to order. Wouldn't want to be sitting there to eat. Besides that, all was great!

Standard Wendy's...did not disappoint. Tried the new Mozzarella burger... Restaurant was clean and service with a smile;)

Went through the drive thru for lunch, was quick considering the lunch hour rush. spicy chicken burgers are always a good choice.
