The sushi is extremely small. And the workers are not helpful. I was looking for Lo Mein and they looked and saw i was looking for something then started talking to each other. But the food was fine I guess. And I found one worker who was sweet but thats really all. Its an okay place I would go there occasionally.
WORST Customer Service ever. We had a party of 40 and a deposit was left in advance. We arrive and were told that the private room had been occupied by another party. Even after numerous attempts the acting manager did not make any attempt to properly accommodate us. This exchange went on for over 15 minutes. It was embarrassing, humiliating and disruptive. We left this Hibachi in Deerpark and won't ever step foot here ever again. Needless to say we were here to celebrate our mother's 85th birthday.
The food was average, but the staff was rude. We visited the restaurant two days in a row, and the crab we ordered wasn’t clean. On the first day, the girl at the front desk lacked manners and failed to greet us when we said hello. On the second day, we left a $10 tip for our server, but she asked for more, displayed a poor attitude, and left the tip on the table. Tips should be given willingly, not demanded, especially when the service is unsatisfactory. After two visits, I cannot recommend this place anymore. The staff needs to be more professional and courteous to their customers.
My experience was quite disappointing. There was a lack of dessert options, which was frustrating. While the waiter and the hibachi server were friendly, the manager and the woman serving the food were both very unprofessional. When I pointed out that the woman was being openly rude, the manager just laughed and chatted with her in their language while I stood there. Additionally, the bathrooms were dirty. I would not recommend this establishment due to its lack of professionalism.
I was scammed twice by this restaurant. They claimed their credit card machine was down, so I paid in cash. However, my change was $6 short. When I pointed it out, the staff member said, “It’s Sunday.” I replied that I was aware of the Sunday prices and asked for the original receipt, but she claimed she accidentally threw it away. She then said she had mistakenly charged me for two drinks and handed me the $6. This happened more than once. You've lost a monthly customer over a measly $6. Additionally, the place is too busy, and the quality of the food has declined.
