Viking Cafe - North Ayrshire

Been loyal customers for a while. Had some issues with previous orders but always had lovely delivery drivers happy to help. Not so helpful when you phone. Spent £35 on a family meal deal which we have ordered many times before. The curries tasted like they were cooked with frozen cooked chicken cubes which therefore ruined the meal. Ordered a 2 litre bottle of Irn Bru for my son to be given 2 cans of cola and we were also missing pittas that were part of the deal. We have previously stopped ordering because of issues and sadly will again. We normally order through the app and earn loyalty points but that doesn’t seem to be working like it used to neither. Very disappointed again!!

Great food and service. Ellis at the front of shop couldn't have been any more helpful in attending to some dietary requirements (my son has a nut allergy). Everything cooked fresh and in front of me. Hassan the manager also gave me a great deal. Group of ten from all over the world I was catering for were all delighted with the quality and tastiness of the food. Would highly recommend!

Absolute joke of a place. Got full order wrong and there was 3 hairs in the food. When called about it I was told I was a liar and to F off.

Welll where to start??? i will be going to environmental health tomorrow!! ordered a pizza for my little girl … UNCOOKED chicken and pizza …. the dough wasn’t even toasted this would have been fine but i called to tell them and they owner was DISGUSTING!!!! sent his delivery driver out to take a picture of the horrible food !! then was told he wasn’t accepting it back ! Me and my family and anyone we no will NEVER order from here again

This restaurant used to serve hot food, but recently the quality has declined. The last three times my husband ordered from here, the food arrived cold, almost like it had been taken straight out of the refrigerator. As we are both disabled, we appreciated the delivery service but the cost has increased and the delivery time is too long. I am a diabetic and cannot wait up to an hour for my food. We have decided to stop using this service and have found better options elsewhere.
