Costa - North Ayrshire

The service at this restaurant was terrible. We brought some children in for hot chocolate after the fireworks as a special treat. The kids we brought with us have special needs, so they were a bit excited. A staff member came over and rudely asked us to keep the noise down after we had spent $40 in the shop.

I love Costa Coffee and it's part of my daily routine. I have been living in Largs since May and the staff at this Costa location always goes above and beyond. Despite being busy, especially in the summer, and sometimes short-staffed, they do their best to serve customers with a smile and keep the place running smoothly. I have been to many Costa Coffee locations and not all of them have the same level of customer service. The staff here deserve recognition and I have never had to complain about my coffee as it is always perfect.

I have visited this Costa several times now and each time has been consistently excellent. The staff are extremely helpful and the atmosphere is pleasant. They are always willing to assist with anything you may need.

Called in for coffee and hot choccie, both were great, place was very clean, and staff really nice, will deffinately be back

As a major brand whether a franchise or not this place is just gross. The entranceway has broken bricks , dirt everywhere with splashed paint and In general an embarrassment. Staff do the best they can but after a year of Covid this spot should be incredible. Toilet broken, want a small Capp and was asked to wait while the place was empty. Ownership has no care so go somewhere else. FYI if It was as it should be I would pay double but alas if the owner wants to sell they should. Local authorities should inspect every day
