Vietnam Gate - North Aurora

We had a great dining experience and were pleased to find the actual menu at the restaurant differed from what was advertised online. The highlight of the dinner options included pho, a variety of vermicelli dishes, and roasted rice, along with several appetizers. The food was delicious, and the portion sizes were generous—we ended up with more leftovers than we anticipated! The service was friendly in a cozy setting. However, be cautious when entering the parking lot, as it can be a bit cramped with a tricky turn at the front of the restaurant.

This restaurant is a great spot for lunch. It's clean, and the service is quick and friendly. The food was quite good—I had the shrimp, which was excellent. The bread was fresh and lightly toasted, while the shrimp was cooked to perfection, and the sauce was delicious. The spring roll appetizer was decent; everything was fresh, but the chicken was a little dry and lacking in flavor. Unfortunately, they also didn’t have Vietnamese coffee. However, everything else was fantastic! I would definitely recommend this place.

I had the beef vermicelli and it was fantastic! The flavor was incredible. The service was friendly, and I didn't have to wait long for my dinner. The menu prices are very reasonable, and you get a generous portion for what you pay. However, finding the place at night can be a bit tricky since they don't have illuminated signs. It's located right next to the mobile station, so just make a quick right as soon as you enter the road. I will definitely be returning!

Plenty of food to split up. Excellent Thai Pho soup and homemade shrimp/pork spring rolls.

Ordered two Banh Mi- one bbq pork, one chicken Both were delicious. Prices are reasonable and the menu has good variations of several classics. That it’s only open two days a week seems like a strong indicator that the restaurant seeks quality over quantity and it shows in the finished product.
