Starbucks Coffee - North Augusta

I just moved to the area and visited this restaurant every morning for the past nine days. Unfortunately, my order was incorrect on 5 of those days. They added foam when I specifically requested none, served me a grande instead of a venti, and charged me for an extra shot of espresso that I never received. I won't be returning to this location.

When I'm out and about and need a quick coffee or snack, I often stop by this place. They are fantastic at customizing your drink order if you can't have what's listed on the menu. Their drive-thru is quite efficient, and the service is consistently excellent.

The Starbucks on Knox Avenue in North Augusta, South Carolina, is one of the best I’ve ever been to! The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the store is consistently clean. Their product selection is superior to any other Starbucks I’ve visited! I would give it 10 stars if I could! It’s a must-visit!

The staff here is always professional. I ordered from the wrong location online and they fixed my order anyway. When the other location refunded my order, I left it as a tip to show my appreciation.

My husband and I came through the drive-thru today. Pax took our order. He was super-nice and so funny. We enjoyed talking with him as we waited for our coffee! Thank you, Pax, for making even a quick trip through the drive-thru a fun time!!
