Marco's Pizza - North Augusta

The guy who got our order was a nice lad, but the interior noise was so bad he had to keep saying can you repeat that or huh . Other then that, still love every chance with Marcos Pizza.

Made a $65 delivery order received completely wrong order. The only recompense offered...after I asked to have the $13 delivery fee taken off was $10 credit to next order. I paid to have it delivered correctly the 1st time since it was wrong I shouldn'thave to pay the delivery fee. Since no recompense was offered to address this order only the next there won't be a next orderfor a minimum 365 days about a $1200?1300 loss for Marcos that's your delivery fee×100. Too bad I enjoy Marcos Pizza butpremium prices should have premium service

This Marco's location is by far, in my opinion, one of the best! The workers care; the manager cares; it does not get better than that!!! Most of all, they care about our community!!! Thank you, for that!

Updated my review and added a star! Much better experience overall. The store was clean, the staff was polite, the order was accurate. So much better than it was the last visit. To the management: thank you for taking action and working to improve thecustomer experience. Original review: I really like the pizza here and if I were rating the pizza alone, it would be 5 Stars. Unfortunately for this particular location, it seems like the current staff or at least the staff that was on this particularday, has let the quality decline significantly. There's a disconnect with the website that says curbside is available howeverwhen you get to the store there is a tiny cardboard sign that says curbside not available. The staff looked unprofessional aswell as the inside of the restaurant when I went to pick up my order. I spent about $80 for pizza, that's a lot of money! Iwould expect the reception of customers and the cleanliness of the store to reflect those prices.

The staff is always friendly, but their food is always hit or miss.
