I have eaten here multiple times. Usually always a good experience for me. Yesterday I ordered through Doordash. First thing I noticed was that it smelled a bit weird. Didn’t think much of it and finished off the bowl. Here I sit the next morning with food poisoning, wishing I had listened to my nose. Not Cool. Will not be coming back again. Service: Delivery

It’s 7:30 PM on a Saturday evening and this establishment closes at 9 PM. I went to the bank earlier that day, and only had a $100 bill on me. My son and I went in to grab a bowl and a Boba drink I handed the woman behind the counter my money, and she said that they did not have business ALL day and she couldn’t make me change for $77.96 (VERY hard to believe as I once worked in retail). She then suggested I go to a store and ask for change How shady is that? You can’t just go into an Old Navy or Marshall’s and ask them to break a $100 bill. I would have to buy something. Why should I have to buy something in order to go back to this establishment and buy my rice bowl? She was extremely rude, did not apologize for the inconvenience, nor did she at least offer my son the drink, and he’s 13 years old. I’m extremely fed up with customer service these days and this upsets me because when I came here a few weeks ago, the associate behind the counter was so nice. I will not be refunding.
