Starbucks - Norristown

The ambiance here is fantastic, with a perfect blend of elements and plenty of seating options. Unlike some other Starbucks locations, they always seem to have enough staff on hand. Manager Dex and Ty really went above and beyond when I needed to make a last-minute gift purchase. They patiently waited for about 5-10 minutes after closing and even helped me gather a few items, including a drink, so I could reach a specific rewards tier. Starbucks should have more employees like Dex and Ty!

I've encountered too many mistakes on several occasions. Sometimes the drinks taste like water, once they prepared my hot drink with ice, and on another occasion, my venti cup was underfilled. Overall, it's been disappointing.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, the place was immaculate, and my drink was crafted to perfection. It's also conveniently situated for a quick stop off the highway. The highlight for me was seeing the pride flag from the street; the barista told me it is displayed all year round. Today, we left as very proud and happy customers!

This is a newer Starbucks (established in 2019) featuring a spacious and dimly lit interior. They consistently offer a great selection of food at the counter.

I stopped by this place while visiting friends in the area and had a great experience. The staff was friendly, and the coffee was served hot—what more could you ask for?
