Minado - Norristown

I strongly advise against visiting Minado Japanese Restaurant in East Norriton. I have never experienced such rudeness from a restaurant manager regarding food and gratuity. I used to recommend this place to many people over the years, but the quality of the food has significantly declined. I was fighting the feeling of being sick after eating crab and beef that were not fully cooked, and the raw oysters I tried had a questionable smell. At one point, the owner personally came out to apologize for the undercooked crab, so it’s clear they were aware of the issue. There are far too many risks for potential food poisoning here. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the manager made things worse, speaking in a condescending tone and not allowing us to voice our concerns, all while wishing us a Happy New Year.
