Isaak Steves Pizza - Norristown

Foods good, but you probably won't get what you order. I ordered a large and paid $21.50 which is expensive, worst we received a medium. We ate it and I called the next morning, but the manager couldn't reimburse me the cost or get another pizza . I had the box and a receipt. The manager she said no because she throws their receipts away at night. But I had mine. That crazy. Ill never order there again. This was the 3rd time it happened! The third time, that's crazy.

Awful service 18 years trying to see if change I'm done. Employees don't listen orders always wrong. They try the owners are no where to talk to you can't even leave message for owners to call back. Owners DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS LET ENOUGH THEIR EMPLOYEES.. YUK

Always get my food right, hot, and quickly.
