Ordered delivery and was quoted about 27 minutes. Over an hour later I called and was told it would be another hour. Cancelled the order and will never order from Domino's again. I should have known better, there is a reason they have terrible reviews.

Ordered carside here. One of the pizzas was totally wrong, we ate it anyway. Employee who brought the order out to my car was totally rude, didn 't acknowledge my presence nor my request to leave pizzas on passenger seat. Normally not a huge deal for mebut a simple How are you?... have a nice day goes a long way

This is a review for location on 2N Park Ave. I was reluctant to order as anytime I do so, there is a wait time issue regardless if you choose delivery or pick up. I decided to give it another try as this is a new location. Should have never done so. Whileorder was completed rather quickly, when I got home I found that it was wrong. I called, the person who answered did not evenbother to apologize, asked if I want to pick up the right item, I said yes. When I got there the employee said that he did notknow that I wanted it redone as I hang up on him. No such thing. And another employee confirmed in front of me that I wanted itredone. He said ok, give me 10min. I had to wait again...He brought it out to my cat said here you go and left. Not at any timean apology was given for providing me with the wrong item. The worst customer service. Mistakes happen, at least educate them toaccept the responsibility and please coach them on simple good manners, I m not even gonna attempt to suggest excellence incustomer service
