Good customer service as long as it is convenient for them
Always love a big caramel. However, I recently discovered the vanilla bean trap and this is now my current obsession. And bc sometimes see a line around the building. That doesn't mean you'll wait forever. You really get orders in this place super fast. Look at her. It's a good place.
I was a walk-in customer this morning, and I just ordered a pastry and some water. So I couldn't tell you about other products. It was friendly, fast service. The only negative I can say is that I found the manager who easily demonstrates to an employee right in front of me. He asked him if he would put him to the job today, he would be fast. And the employee reacted like maybe or I think that or whatever. And then the manager said something like it wasn't a very amazing answer. For me, you leave comments to employees if in front of a customer who could be negative or deterrent. It is extremely unprofessional and embarrassing for the employee. Not sure if this is a kind of power trip for the manager to prove himself before a customer, but I'm sure it was unprofessional and embarrassing for the employee. Maybe he's new, so give him something black. If he is not new, be a better manager and leave any kind of embarrassing negative comments for more opportune time.
The time to look out the window and laugh, the group of you, is NOT when a troubled customer is waiting on the manager to cooperate with the police over my bike seat being stolen! Some people's losses were steep enough and you seem to know what the person is all about, you can keep it to yourself! One of you took my bike seat so I couldn't go to work, right? Do you realize it doesn't take much of a person to make someone's life worse? Try this right in front of me!?
