Contribuiți la feedbackI visit this store once a week to pick up treats for my horse trainer. They are consistently quick, friendly, and accurate with my orders. Today, they truly went the extra mile by wishing me a wonderful day.
I consistently have issues with my double tall no foam soy latte at this restaurant. They always end up adding foam, which quickly deflates since it's nearly impossible to foam soy milk properly. As a result, my latte is always half full, which is why I specifically request no foam. It doesn’t matter if I place my order in person, through the drive-thru, or via delivery; the mistake happens every time.
I've always been satisfied with Starbucks. It may be a bit on the expensive side, but the quality is worth it.
I go through the drive thru and order a skinny iced Carmel macchiato, same thing I always get and the barrista says she can?t make that and makes something similar. No big deal Idc at all. But now 3 hours later I?m having severe tachycardia and my heart is beating out of my chest. I?m not caffeine sensitive and I don?t know if it was on accident or on purpose, but this is not okay train them on what they?re doing
The staff are incredibly friendly and they do a good job with the drinks. I definitely recommend going inside instead of waiting in the drive-thru.
